Is this something bad :(

Hey,

I'm 18-year-old boy, skinny, ok diet and hopefully healthy guy. This has worried me very much and I want to know if this normal. I suffer from health anxiety. I get these chest tightness feelings quiet a lot and I try to ignore them as best as I can because they are common in anxiety I guess. When I play for example basketball with very fast tempo, my chest starts to hurt when I sit down and also sometimes I start to feel something in my heart. I think it's because I'm in bad shape. Sometimes my left are tingles and also I think that is normal in anxiety. Also in my heart or around it I get these feelings which I can't describe. But this is the reason why I'm worried: I was masturbating like everyone does and just when I ejaculated, my left bicep and bit of my left shoulder started to hurt. ( I did the 'thing' with my right arm). I know my bicep was tense when I ejacuted so I don't if it's only muscle tension or something like that. But anyway after that I was like what is this and then I stared to feel something in my chest. It didn't hurt but it felt like it was hurting. I know that sounds weird. Then I wanted see what this could probably be and there was this one article which said that this one doctor has never had a patient who has chest pain and left arm pain because of anxiety.
This is the link: http://scarysymptoms.com/2015/12/chest-left-arm-pain-from-anxiety-doctor/

This gave huge anxiety and thoughts of I'm gonna die. I'm so scared so please can you help and tell if you have familiar symptoms. Do I have to go to doctor or is this only anxiety? :((
