Yet another SVT question

For any of my fellow PSVT, or SVT sufferers. Do you find for a couple of days before an attack you have increased PVC or PACs, or even tiny runs of what feels like it wants to jump into SVT but doesn't quite get there? It seems like the last few times I've gone into PSVT I have felt this for up to 2 or three days before. I am going through that as we speak and just waiting for the PSVT to hit.  So as I said, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them.

Most definitely, that is the feeling I've been having the last few days. Just waiting for the other shoe to drop. LOL I have been lucky and have only had a few in the last year, but I think them when they come nonetheless!

...... But PVCs aside, there were times that something inside my chest just didn't feel quite right.  It wasn't always PACs ot PVCs, but just a certain feeling that perhaps my heart felt higher than normal in my chest.  Maybe you can understand.....

Without a doubt.  I could often tell when one was going to happen in the very near future.  I hasten to add there were times that I did not sense an impending event.  I had 3 to 5 events per month.

My electrophysiologist examined my EKG recordings from my long term monitors and said the each of the three SVT events that I had recorded were each preceded by a PVC.  He went on to say this is an extremely commonplace phenomenon occurring when a PVC hits at just right time in the cardiac cycle.

So when you have an SVT event, it may be due in part to the clusters of PVCs that you are experiencing.  I think another user on here, "michellepetkus" has reported this as well.  Perhaps she can verify this.
