We can't diagnose you online unfortunately.  You really need to see a doctor to have your heart evaluated especially since you had a stress related seizure?  Not sure what that is.  In general though palpitations and skipped beats are usually not a concern in an otherwise healthy heart.  But the heart needs to be evaluated as healthy which it doesn't sound like you have had the tests.  If you can quit smoking that would help your heart.  I know it is hard but my cardiologist said more than my SVT smoking was worse for my heart.  Also try to avoid caffeine, sugars, carbohydrates and heavy meals.  If you have acid reflux try to address that and make sure you are well hydrated.  Dehydration is a big source of higher than normal heart rates and premature beats.  All those things can aggravate premature beats so cutting back may help lessen the amount you get.  Then just try to work on stress and anxiety, maybe try to meditate or do breathing exercises.  When you feel yourself stressing out just try to calm yourself as best you can with deep breathing and see if it helps.  Other than that the best bet is to always be evaluated by a doctor.  Take care.
