Can straightening of cervical lordosis lead to sinus tachycardia?

I am 25 years old. For a few days , I am experiencing high BP araround 100/140 and pulse rate of 100 bpm .
I am feeling unrest sometimes. During walking, I am feeling mild pain on my left chest.
As per my doctor's advice I did X-ray of neck and ECG.
In the X-ray report , it says, "straightening of cervical lordosis". But disk spaces and other factors are found normal.
ECG report evaluates the "sinus tachycardia".
My question is that whether only the cervical problem can leads to the high BP and Sinus tachycardia or I should do other heart related tests. If I should do other heart profile test, then what are those tests, that should be done?
Waiting for your early reply.

High bp can cause tachycardia.  Your high bp could possibly be affect by the issues you are having with your neck.  I am not a doctor mind you so I have no clue if this holds true but I looked up your issue and it does seem that it possibly can have an affect on blood flow to the brain.  Do you get a lot of headache?  If this is true, that it affects blood flow to the brain, then I could reasonably assume that your bp issues may be partly triggered by the neck issues.  140 diastolic is pretty high when typical it should be 80.  Normal bp is 120/80.  this said, I would not run out and start taking bp meds right away.  I would highly recommend seeing a physical therapist to correct your neck issue and get the curve back.

Because of a repetitive physical activity I didn't realize it but wound up pulling my whole upper back out of line causing some pretty intense stomach pain.  A physical therapist was able to get me back on track.  I have since stopped the activity so the issue has not reoccured but it is important to not spend all of our time looking down at phones and computers.  If your job demands this of you get up often to stretch your muscles especially your neck muscle.  Maybe do a search online for good neck exercises but a good therapist will not only help correct the issue but also give you a game plan to keep it from happening again.  But try to be patient and keep up with it because tt takes time.  Your neck didn't lose its curve in one day so it will take time to rework the muscles and get them back into a healthy tone but if you keep at it you will see results. Take care and feel better soon.
