2:am awakend

in response to the person who wrote about awaking at 2:00am ! i to have expereinced this same issue doesnt matter what time i fall asleep , i wake at 2:00am scary thing is when it 1st happened i would wake up and my heart would be racing. ive later learned i have paranormal sounds in my room ! no joke and im not crazy ive tended to ignore it and it seems to have not happen in a while now.

How true.  Last night I was running from a tornado in my dream...woke up with racing heart.....then I LAUGHED!!!  It took a loooong while to calm down, too.  I thought, well, at least I got my exercise for the day.

Emotional stress, even if caused by dreams, can cause one's hear to speed up (race).  Your body doesn't know your mind is dreaming rather than viewing facts.  So you body gets ready to fight or flight (run).
