Ablation went fine!

Question

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am alive and well. My ablation was yesterday and went fine. It took about 3 hours total. It took about 45 mins to fine my problem and they spent about 45 mins trying to restart to make sure it was gone. Just one place was ablated. I remember alot of the beginnig, but after they found the SVT they pushed the meds and I went to sleep. 
I ended up staying quit awhile at the hospital though. They had me up to walk and my blood pressure dropped and my heart rate went to 175 and I almost fainted...very scary feeling. They made me take a bag of saline and then was fine. Turns out I was dehydrated. My procedure was at 8 am and I got home at 7pm. Thanks for all of your help and support.

I didn't get a turkey sandwich either!!!! My ablation was at 7:30 am and I was finally allowed to sit up at 10:00pm. I don't recall getting anything to eat, just something to drink.

WHAT?  No turkey sandwich!!  A just a slice of toast?  You must have been starving!  I checked in at 7:00 and got my sandwich that evening....I would have eaten cardboard (well, almost...lol)

when i had my ablation i got no turkey sandwhich i'm kinda feeling left out here lol
i think it was just a slice of toast 
its great when things work out and we can have a joke about it      yeah

I knew it!!  One ablation = 1 turkey sandwich : )

Take it easy and don't run around too much until your leg is healed up a bit.
