low heart beat,bp, help/advice what tests to do?

hi

after a panic attack, a while back, i became weak lethargic, i do remember my blood pressure dropping more then normal and at a point my sugar levels also dropped, my heart raced for a few days, have fainted too, after this blood pressure risen but is still below my normal levels, i have noticed my heart rate is somtimes 60's or late 50's it was never that low it used to be in the late 70s and 80s, i get heart palptations too. i am always weak, dizzy too.

i tested for kidneys, thyroid, adrenals ecg (only for a few seconds) they were all fine
im still suffering from this, i do somtimes find when i ignore the palptations they go away, but somtime its hard to do this. what can it be

im 31 male was over weight, used to smoke and drink, stopped it all, also have lost weight to a healthy weight.

can anyone advise to what tests i should get done, i heard theres a ecg test that is done longer, when i go drs my bp and heart rate go up and dr says they are normal, its because i walk it there and i guess its the nerves that make it higher, dont know what to do? i have had the sitting and standing bp test which is fine i was told,

my heart rate has been in the 40s too, thats when i was getting alot of palptations. could anxiety and depression have caused all this?

thank you for the reply, i will make an appoinment and request for it

i think i did suffer from a major anxiety attak and also believe i have depression, so both of these could be combining and causing these problems, just want my heart rate back up to normal, just feel so tired and weak, i find it usfull to take a few deep breaths when i stand if i dont i get blackouts.
thanks again i will note that down and ask the dr or it.

Yes, anxiety and depression can cause palpitations and other health problems.

If the low HR and palpitations continue but they are not there when you visit your doctor you can ask for a wearable monitor, a Holter Monitor (refers to a simple 3 point monitor that one wears for 24 hours) to get a good recording of what is going on.  The doctor should then be better able to diagnose the problem(s).
