heart rate

hello all
my question is that my heart rate during the day is between 62-80. if im exercising then itl goto 120-150,depending how hard im working, running, cycling etc. when im sleeping at night and lets say i get up to use the rest room at 4am,right when i get up its about 42-46, is that something to worry about or is it normal to have your heart beat go down in 40s while sleeping, laying etc.
im just a very curious guy and ever since i got this app on ifon for heart rate monitor,i check it like 5-6 times a day.
waiting to hear form some1 soon.thanks

Just the numbers look fine, even excellent to me.  A full-rest HR of 42 is unusually low, I believe, but not anything I'd be concerned about unless I had troubling heart symptoms.  Given your stated level of physical activity I'd say it sounds like you are in good cardiovascular condition.  You didn't give your age, but an aerobic HR at 150 is good for most people under age 60.
