Admittedly I'm self diagnosed because i only have a little handheld ekg, but it's still pretty obvious that I keep slipping into IVR/slow ventricular tachycardia. Basically the ventricles take over pacing the heart instead of the sinus node.
I get PVCs at random and at rest this keeps happening, one time for over 4 minutes consecutively.
I'm 27, very fit and active. Exercise ~7-9 hours a week.
This isn't life limiting at all, I don't feel lightheaded or weak. Just weird feeling my heart sporadically stop and start throbbing super slowly. Wanted to know how concerned I should be from someone who actually knows what they're talking about.
