D-DIMER

Hi there
I wondered if anyone is out there who can help me, I am truely worried about my health and do not know what to do.
Four months ago I was in hospital and the doctors suspected I had a blood clot as my D-DIMER tested positive. I have heart pulpitions on occasion, but before I was taken into hospital I had eleven within one hour. I had an injection of blood thinner into the stomach.
I had a 24 hour tape put on and I have a random range of 50-110, even though it fits in the normal border, I am 26 and that to me isn't normal, especially for someone who was lying in a hospital bed not moving.
I have tightness in my chest, heart pulpitations, fast heart on occasion, OR, really slow, back tightness, neck tightness, occasional headaches (some which are bad and don't go away with over the counter pain killers) dizziness, and feeling a bit sick now and again.
my TSH levels went up but then went back to normal, and my bilirubin went up, but now back to normal.
I started to feel ok for a while but now it's all started again, I had ringing in my ear and went deaf and my vision is a little blurry. I had the flu also, and my bodys finding it so hard to recover. The thing is, the doctors took a swab and nothing came up, even though it hurts and it was red, but no infections been detected. I was given antibiotics for sinusitis, but it's not helping.
I do not know what's going on with me and I really would appriciate some medical advice.
I never feel normal, I always feel ill, and I feel very alone.
I don't do drugs, I don't drink much, I treat my body well and keep fit.
Please if someone is out there who could help please message me or write under this post xx.
Laura.

Hi Laura i read your post...i have a pretty simple suggestion i think...if it were me i would re post on "Ask a Doctor" on the Medhelp site.  You are kind of all over the board on this one and i think you need a second opinion of some sort and i know that the docs on the site hail from the Cleveland Clinic one of the best in the world.  If they dont know the answers they will consult with other docs on their site and come up with suggestions for you and if you dont want to wait i understand that Medhelp has the "Ask a doctor LIVE" site now where you get an immediate response.  You can find them by scrolling back up to the top of your Medhelp screen and click on forums and you'll find them.  I hope you find the answers because this does not sound like something that i would want to go thru....try this Laura then you can ask away to a doc while you are on their site and they are pretty progressive from what i understand...good luck to you my friend....
