I would be more concerned about the seizures. Have you had those investigated? They really should be. I believe transient chest pain is not uncommon in ectopic beats but pain in your arm should be investigated. If you haven't had a workup of your heart it would be prudent for you to get one. At least an echo to determine how structurally sound your heart is. If that is normal then you likely have nothing to worry about in relation to the ectopic beats however as I stated before the seizures should be addressed if you haven't had them addressed as of yet. Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
Have you seen a doctor about this? If not, you should do so as soon as possible. They will want to try to capture one of your episodes on a Holter or event monitor so that they can determine what is causing it. In most cases, skipped heartbeats are benign, but in rare cases, there may be something more sinister going on that should be treated, especially if you feel pain. Don't want to scare you, but I encourage you to get checked out if you haven't already. It really is the only thing to do.
i also get chest pain with my ectopic heartbeat that is like angina type and later i still get heavy left arm that doesnt go.
I would mention this to your doctor who will be able to determine what to do next. Have you seen a cardiologist before? There are some heart conditions that present with seizures so it would be important to find out if something like this is happening in your case.
