Post Exercise PAC/PVC's ???

Is there any significance or reason why I get PAC's about 2 hours after I exercise. I had all the tests done in the past which checked out o.k. My irregular rythm's overall have improved since they first started about 18 months ago. Now I pretty much just get them an hour or two after I exercise (gym, mountain biking, hiking, etc.) What is causing this? Too much adrenaline left in blood stream?

good to know acupuncture and chinese medicine has helped someone. I was considering it for a while but when speaking to some well known acupuncturists/chinese doctors it seemed as though there were mixed feelings about if it can be cured or not.

Hello oceanminded. Have you tried acupuncture/herbal at all? The general term from three different acupuncturists and one of my Kung Fu teachers is "Yin Deficiency". If you google this, you'll get a ton of stuff. Also, if you google pac pvc magnesium, you'll find many people that have found success from mineral suppplements. In any event, I had an afib due to massive exercise/work/caffeine and lack of sleep. I suddenly had PAC/PVC episodes and plenty of misery to go around for months after.

After 3 months of once a week treatment by acu., symptoms gone. Except then I had a very taxing vacation, worked my butt off till 4 in the morning for a full week, and that has thrown me back into pac/pvc mode, but not nearly as bad. I'm gonna be 40 yrs. old next year and realistically I can't push it this hard anymore! So I take supplements, do  mediation, got off the really hard cardio. In TCM, they say that hard exercise depletes yin. Also for males, in particular the older you get, abstinence form sexual release has a profound effect. The older you get, you should release jing, or semen with less frequencey. One acu. recommended to me no more than once a week! Very frustrating for a healthy male, but when I can pull it off I feel amazing!

Hope this helps.
