Heart stops for a second

Whenever i exhale my heart stops for a second...!!!
I had palpitations before...
And now i have chest pain....
Had 2 ECG...and a Echo test...both were normal...cardiologist says my heart is fine.. And chest pain is from sternum swelling(doctor says)... Because I play basketball i got hit on my chest...
Is is there risk of cardiac arrest...?
My age is 19,male....
NO family history of heart problems... And a lot of anxiety about heart...!!
Feard of cardiac arrest...!!!??

Yes you should. Of course it's not easy to stop worrying about the heart, after all it is a vital organ which we don't want to fail or stop. But being aware of the heart rhythm doesn't help. It will only make it worse.

The cause of lowered blood pressure when standing up is simply gravity.

Also completely normal. The blood pressure drops a bit when standing up, and to compensate, the heart rate speeds up for a short while, until the blood vessels contract to maintain the blood pressure. It happens in everyone :-)

No, there is no risk of cardiac arrest. Your heart is fine. Trust your doctor.

Everyone (especially young men) may experience a short pause in the heart rhythm when exhaling. It's caused by a decreased pressure in the chest when the lungs are deflating. The technical word is sinus arrhythmia. It's normal and actually a good thing.
