Hello, I'm 20 years old and have a resting heart rate on average between 120 and 130bmp, I also have low blood pressure. Occasionally I have these episodes which happen very suddenly where I experience a static sound in my ears, hot flushes loss of balance, loss of hearing, some loss of sight, nausea and heart palpitations, and as of my last episode I experienced loss of sensation in my legs. These episodes cause fainting or near fainting. I also get cold to the touching go as white as a ghost. I know this is not normal but I haven't been able to find a doctor which can help as I can't 'trigger' the episodes for them to take an ECG reading. There is no pattern when these episodes happen, I could be hydrated/dehydrated, in the absorptive/post-absorptive state, fatigued/awake, morning/night, there is nothing I can pinpoint that suggests a cause or trigger. These episodes are happening more frequently and are occurring more suddenly (less time for me to realise I need to lie down). On an ECG the my QRS complex appears relatively normal and there is no indication of atrial fabulation or atrial flutter. All my blood tests appeared relatively normal but with low iron and Na+/K+ levels. Heart palpitations are my norm and I experience them constantly. Does anyone have any idea of what this is? I don't believe this is vasovagal syncope. If someone could please give any advice as to what this could be or how to manage this I would be so incredibly grateful, when an episode happens it is so scary and I am feeling so defeated and frustrated with the lack of answers. Thank you!
