It sounds like they are noting something called ST elevation. You can try googling the term ST elevation for more info.
My advise to you is to not look further into it without talking to the cardiologist. EKG findings need to be interpreted in *light of other information*.

I am sorry. I just realized I mistyped... it should read 0 mins 120 bpm. So altho her avg hr was 110bpm... she had 45.9% of the 24hrs holter test was higher than 120 bpm.
When I type... a piece keeps disappearing.. she had 0 min with no bpm under 50 but over 650 minutes over 120 bpm. Which accounted for 45 percent of the 24 hour test.
