mine has calmed down now i'm on smooth tracks again
mine goes like that for a bit everyday
i think i am defo heading to ablation no 2 just waitng on the ep to deicide but who knows maybe not we will see soon

Actualy decided to go back to the gym yesterday since the whole thing happened last Jan.
