I have Sinus Bradycardia will I go into Cardiac Arrest?!

So I am 18 and in recent weeks noticed that I have heart palpitations and thought it might be due to possible sleep apnea. I went to the doctor a couple of days ago and they checked my heart and did a EKG/ECG. She said I was fine and healthy and my pulse was 68 and my oxygen level was like 98 percent and my blood pressure is 128/80 and said if I was worried I should do a sleep test. I saw on one of the sheets that had my EKG/ECG results said Sinus Bradycardia on it. I have not really had any other symptoms of Sinus Bradycardia (although I have been tired lately by noon but I think it is because I have been stressing about this and have not slept well) or Sleep apnea other than my parents saying I snore. I know that Sinus Bradycardia and complications from Sleep Apnea can cause cardiac arrest. Should I be worried? Will sleep apnea kill me in another way? (I have a bmi of 26.04). Please help me out here. Truly appreciate it!

Normal result.

If you start fainting or feeling like you're about to faint, particuarly during exercise, it's a problem.
