WPW and pain in arms/legs?

Hi,

I was recently diagnosed with WPW, and have only had symptoms for the past 2 months. I've also had sudden pains in my wrists, elbows, shoulders and legs, and really bad pins and needles in my feet. On the right side more than the left.

Not sure if this is related to the WPW at all, but it's only been happening for the past week or so, while I've had almost constant palpitations.

I had a type of AVRT closely related to WPW for over 50 years, and I can honestly say that I never experienced the type of pain that you're describing.

I am in the same boat almost exactly one year later. I was diagnosed with WPW last month and have been experiencing heart palpitations, shortness of  breath and chest pain for 2 months. The pins and needles in my arms, feet, hands and legs just started a couple of days ago and I'm not sure if it's being caused by anxiety or hyperventilation or what.

What ended up happening with yours?

I don't know what the symptoms are for wpw specifically.  I had avnrt and would mostly just have a racing beat in the 200s that felt manic and made me short of breath and dizzy.  Has the doctor talked to you about trying an ablation to correct the issue?  If you are having new or concerning symptoms you should let your doctor know what is going on.  Take care.
