Hi Ray, Welcome to the community. Sorry you are having such bothersome pvcs. In an otherwise healthy heart, even three in a row is of no concern to the doctor. It is only when the heart is damaged from other causes which can lead to the pvcs getting caught in a reentry pattern that they become dangerous so odds are, at your young age they are nothing to worry about but it is good to get a good baseline on the structure of your heart. An echo would probably be in order. If that comes back fine then it is more a matter of watching out for our big triggers to help lessen the amount we are having. Avoid caffeine and carbohydrates and sugars as much as possible. Watch foods that trigger acid reflux or indigestion. Drink lots of water. When exercising try to not over exert and do a proper warm up and cool down. And work on any stress and anxiety you may feel. It is understandable to be fearful of death but try to make peace with the idea. We are all doing to die but none of us has any clue when that will be. Living our life in fear of it is not really living. Many people live full rich lives with premature beats so rather than let them hold you hostage use them as a way to live your life to the fullest despite them. If you have a real issue with your fear of death or anxiety in general consider some counseling. It could help you put things into perspective so the extra beats don't take over your life. Take care. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
