Hi, Hope you all are well!
Im not new to pvcs and pacs. Funnily I only ever feel the pvcs. I am completely oblivious to the pacs. Holter monitor caught them.
Anyway, I will not be seeing my cardiologist for some time and I am just so curious to understand this, and am hoping someone here can help me.
When i have a pvc the usual pattern goes like this, when I have my fingers on my pulse -
normal beat, normal beat, normal beat, a thud or flutter or pulse in my throat but nothing on my pulse, a forceful beat and then back to normal.
I hope it makes sense, I feel like I've explained terribly, haha.
Im curious about how I can feel a pulse or thud in my throat when I feel nothing on my pulse.
Is the thud in my throat the blood being pushed out while my heart is resetting itself?
I have no idea. I hope someone else does!
Thanks! :)
