Yes menopause and your monthly cycle can cause and increace in pvc's and pac's. My first visit to the UOP I brought it up kind of feeling weird. I told my doc that I felt they were worse right before and during my cycle. She said yes and she just had a seminar with some othere doc's to discuss this. Then I felt like I wasn't going crazy. As soon as they increase I look at the calendar and there it is. It's almost like clock work. Of course there are other things that make them bad but I don't even have to keep a calender to tell when I'm due anymore. If you google menopause it has palpatations as a symptom. I wish you well and when you are post menopausal hopefully they will be better.
PVC's can be definitely hormonal related, I seem to get them more about 10 days before my cycle and during it as well. I do not need a calendar to say when I will start, the PAC's tell me that. I have also read that menopause CAN cause them to act up more as your body is certainly going through hormonal changes; it is not fun.
If you read some other posts here, I am sure you will find other women who say the same thing, I know I have seen them, but, they are on other pages.
Good luck.
Being I am a male, I have no direct experience with your question. However, I can say I've read many posts and do not recall any connection being made between menopause and PVC. That said, heart rhythm irregularities can be aggravated/driven by emotional upset, so I'd not be surprised to learn menopause can cause episodes of PVC. That being the case, one would expect quiet times and the end of menopause remove this as a driver.
Good luck, again spoken as a male, menopause will pass and you'll be fine.
