Fluvoxamine prolong QTc?

Hi. I am 43 year old men. I went to the ER and I took and ECG which revealed that my QTc was 447 ms. I am very depressed so the physician gave me fluvoxamine. I was researching and I found that QTc of 447 ms is borderline. Should I worry about my ECG and taking fluvoxamine???
