My response is not really an answer, it’s more of a “me too” support type post. I also get most pvcs and tachycardia events in the afternoon and early evening. Can’t understand why. It doesn’t matter if I eat or not, but eating seems to intensify to number and length of the run. Usually 3-5 hours of this scary nonsense, and then nothing. It just stops until the next afternoon. I’m baffled, and still scared every single day.
I have had PAC's for some thirty years. I began long ago considering them totally harmless. This is confirmed by Drs and Nurses along the way. They occur almost without exception while my body is in the rest mode and while the heartbeat is beating slowly. Everyone who have these seem to react to them a little differently. Some while lying on the back, others while on their side but always at rest. Your 11:00am is prior to eating; 4:00pm is after. You will find that they occur more when overeating. Who knows why. The Drs consider them not worthy of treatment and I guess we have to accept that. Good luck.
This is exactly the case for me. All quiet until about 3:30 or 4pm, then they just take me by storm for a few hours, usually tapering off by 8pm. I asked my electrophysiologist about it and she dismissed the question, suggesting that it's just another "circadian" effect like hormones, sleepiness, etc. Well, perhaps so, but it's rather a bad time to have continuous PVCs, right in the middle of the day when one is working, driving, socializing, etc. But then again, when is a good time to have these??
