How to reduce pvc

I had lot of anexiety becouse my father has died and i lost and baby. But now i start to have heart palpitation. I had holter monitor and result went o pvc and zero pac. That day i was feeling  palpitation. Is posible that holter monitor cant cath  pvc and pac, becouse im sure that they are. Know im in deep depresion. I have olso  headache. Im in terribly situation. Can you help please.

The holter catches all the pvcs and pacs.. If the holter didnt see anything else then its either sinus or..

There is a slight possibility that if you were moving around and doing something the pvc was buried in artifact which got deleted when the tech reviewed the strip.

Really,  yes ate day i was very quit. Can be sinus arithmia. Becouse in my holter write sinis tachycardi and sinus arithmia.
