To add - My episodes begin mid-day and last until dinner time very similar to what jkfrench described in the above post except that I don't get them every day which makes it very difficult to figure out what might trigger them. It is the bi- and trigeminy that really bother me.
Yes, this happens to me. Mine usually start up mid morning and go on for a few hours. Not every minute, but when they are there, it is several a minute so the end result is like someone that just gets them continuously. My doctor told me yesterday to break a .025mg xanax in half and take 1/2 in am and 1/2 in pm. Hopefully what this will do, is keep me from worrying too much about them when they start up. If I don't focus as much and worry as much, then they should calm down sooner. So I will try this for a few weeks. He promised me that this small amount won't hurt me.
