SVT Post Ablation?

I had an  ablation for AVNRT on September 20th of this year.  When I recorded the SVT events that led to this procedure, I was always exercising and the recorded heart rate was in the 220s.

I woke up in the middle of the night last night and my heart rate was higher than normal - a little less than 120.  This lasted for a couple of minutes and then quit when I had a PAC. This scares me because all of my AVNRT episodes quit with a PAC.

So I'm pretty upset at the though that I might still have AVNRT.

-Is it possible to have AVNRT with only a heart rate of 120?
-Is it possible to have AVNRT that is 120 BPM when resting but 220 BPM while exercising?  Doesn't the arrythmia have its own inherent rate that doesn't change?
-If it isn't AVNRT, any ideas what it could be?
-Is it possible that things I'm experiencing now - 2 months out from the procedure - might still go away?

Thanks for any help anyone can give.  That was my 3rd AVNRT ablation (2 more in '99).  I don't want to have to do it again.

VT?  Ok, now I've gone from worried to scared.  VT is dangerous.  I already have an appointment with my EP on Friday.

If anyone else has an educated guess of what kind of arrythmia could go that slow and terminate with a skipped beat I'd be grateful.  I don't want to have to worry all week.

The arrythmia didn't feel any different than what I was use to, just slower.

Man, you must be pretty experienced after 3 ablations.  It is perfectly normal to experience short runs of SVT, along with PAC's and PVC's for months post ablation.

As you suspect, a rate of 120'is very low for SVT.  You could be experiencing another kind of arrhythmia.  VT perhaps?  That would be a concern.

If you haven't done so already, I'd bring to your cardiologist's attention, providing details of these events.
