Skipped Heartbeats

Hi i'm 26 5FT 8IN and weigh 87KG. I am asthmatic and have a hiatus hernia. I also took citaopram for 5 years which I come off 8 months ago.

I have lots of skipped heartbeats as well as strong palpations. I have had ECG's before as well as a test on a treadmill which I had to run and they monitored my heart. Everything was normal. When I was 16 I had tests also and they advised me that I had a thicker ventricular wall but it would not affect me.

Cam anyone help??

If the symptoms are causing too much trouble (too much means you are having trouble living your life with the symptoms), then you should talk with you doctor about the level of discomfort you are having and see is there is some medication that will give you some relief.

From what I understand there is no evidence that you are in danger, and if you can somehow manage the symptoms while living your life, that may be the best strategy.

I was suffering with missed heartbeats so I had and ecg and a Running test on a treadmill to monitor my heart when doing exercise. Everything came back fine a year ago

I don't follow the "before" on ECG and treadmill.  Before you developed the current experience with skipped heart beats?  If this is the case it sounds like you have a good reason to talk with you doctor about the skips.
