Hi Sherrie~There is a great book by Claire Weekes, called, "Hope and Help for your Nerves" it is all about anxiety attacks and the symptoms that go with them. I have gone through two so far, I would not be without a copy. It is awesome and such easy reading. I have been helped by mine. I believe you can still get it at any book store or go on-line and get it through Amazon.
Hope this helps. I have PVC's and bad anxiety, and I hate them, when they really get going, there is no consoling me, I feel like every minute is my last, even the book does not help much, so, I know where you are coming from. I think I can think mine into existance, especially if I am nervous already, I am a perfect candidate for anything then. Dog-gone things.
Gee, I wish that worked for me, when I slouch in a chair and take a deep breath, it is an invite for the PVC to act up big time. I suspect it is my hiatal hernia. I do believe this would help some folks however, it would be relaxing.
hi sherrie,
i too have pretty bad anxiety and pvcs. but i was looking on the internet and found something unbelievable to get rid of the anxiety and the pvcs go away.okay well im sure you have heard about belly breathing with deep breathing and what not. well this is what you do at least 3 times a day,sit on a chair with legs spread out....put ur hands on ur stomach and breath in 1 second hold it 4 seconds and breath out 2 seconds. u should be able to feel ur stomach rising and falling. do this 30 times. after a while u actually train urself and that's how u breathe all the time no matter what. i started it yesterday, not one pvc. try this pllleeassseee and let me know how it works. good luck
