I don't read ecg strips but will say if your family has a history of heart disease and you may want to try and get an echo to make sure the health of the heart. If the heart is deemed healthy then the extra beats you are feeling are of no consequence. It's then a matter of trying to avoid some of the big triggers that bring on the extra beats. For me I get them most after eating so I have to watch caffeine, sugars and carbohydrates and eating big meals. Stress and anxiety will bring them on as well letting myself get dehydrated. If you notice a lot of them try coughing to see if you can break them up. Address any acid reflux you might have. That is when I get them the worse after a reflux flare up. Other than that try to live a heart healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise and see if you can avoid your family's heart history. Avoid fried and fatty foods and eat more olive oil, fish, avocados, nuts and garlic which will promote healthy cholesterol levels. Other than that I would discuss your ecg results with a doctor to see what they say and if there is anything concerning about them. Take care.
