fed up and confused!

how many pvcs are considered dangerous in a normal heart?

i get them worse when im on monthly cycle, i can get 5 in a row when im really stressed or anxious, and i only seem to get them when im on too, it happened the other day to me, i hate them i keep getting different advice,
my doctor said im fine, ive done ecg with heart doc that was fine too, ive been a and e and had loads of pvcs for 3 hours and the doc told the nurse im fine to go home just advised me to go back to my own gp to sort out anxiety, why do i get them now and never before i had a panic attack last year?

does the depo injection have anything to do with these, im going come off it see if that helps too in september, my boyfriend never gets them!  he drinks, used to smoke, used cocaine in the past when not with me though, drinks  loads of energy drinks and doesnt get much sleep, i feel like i cant enjoy anything anymore im too scared to have a drink at weekend i darent even go shopping on my own i start getting breathless which leads to anxiety attack, i dont know what to do pls reply

thanks for replying, the panic attack was brought on by constant worry, it was down to birth of second child i thought everything was fine i'll be home the next day instead i had a massive haemorrage that ha really messed my head.

i first got pvcs friday 13th nov 5-6 weeks after birth, i was walking home and i felt really weird next minute my heart felt like it was going jump out my chest and because i worried it made it worse then i got a thump, normal beats then thumps then loads that seemed to be in a row, anyway because i didnt know what these thumps were i rang the paramedic and he said its nothing serious but its up to you if you want to get checked out and we recommend you should, soi went and got a normal ecg on the way it was fine the ones in hospital were abnormal cuz i panicked everytime i was hooked up on ecg machine, i was waiting 3 hours to see the doc the nurse said it must be a panic attack they cant find anything wrong, so i was told i was fine to go home,

i only get these pvcs now when im due on and they seem be really hard thumps when im not on im fine dont get any, my doctors told me not if i want to look up anything look at her website she gave because doctors use that too

I haven't posted in a long while, so I'm a bit rusty.  If you're having anxiety;stress and  close to a woman's monthly cycle, pvc's can come on strong and seem to be alot.  I know for me, stress just makes all of my health symptoms worse - I used to be able to manage stress with exercise and doing something fun.

You may get 50 different answers how many pvc's are "normal" and even different answers from different doctors.  My dr's consider 6,000-8,000 pvc's over a 24 hour period ok and they treat with meds; anything over 15-20% of your total 24 hour heart beat they look at other treatments such as surgery.

It's very important to find out what's triggering yours and help alleviate those triggers, which some seems to be like me with anxiety & stress.  You may want to ask your gp about an SSRI - anti anxiety med if you can't control that on your own.  keep a journal of dates, times, what you were doing etc when you have these episodes it may help narrow down the cause.

Hang in there; if they come & go it's ok - I wouldn't worry unless they are 24/7 - dont go away and you've tried everything you can to alleviate the cause.   Another thought - there are some who do well on magnesium and something else [sorry brain fog] maybe fish oil, so you may want to mention to your gp about that and ask if it will help in your situation.
