blood pressure
last night I took my blood pressure and it was 109/53....my diastolic pressure has never been that low...Should I worry or does that sound like its still in the o.k. range?
I had a reading like that in my doctors office one time and he commented that it was actually very good (in my case) of course.
sounds fine to me, I get that kind of reading at times. As long as you feel OK, no dizziness, or feel faint, it is fine. I would rather have a low diastolic reading than a high one any day.
