can you have acces path but not have WPW

I am wondering if you can have an extra electrical path but not have wolf pak white,,cardiologist said i gaet the pvc and pac  and  the odd rapid rate but its  ot that fast aprox 150 but he said i have an extra elecrical path  an ep study as not done but an av node signal av test was

Yes. I had SVT, but no "brand name".
Not AVNRT, not WPW... just SVT from a "concealed pathway."

Yes,  I had a type of AVRT called Circus Movement Tachycardia.  It was first thought to be WPW, but the determination wasn't nailed down until they went in.
