PVC's,PAC's & stabbing pains

Hello,
3 days ago I started getting irregular heart beats with stabbing pains
I have a history of irregular beats but these are different.
I spent last night in the ER.
All test were good.
I came home and like a switch they stopped and I was fine all day.
Tonight they started again.
I don't have then now but it's spooky being alone at night feeling pressue, stabbing pains, etc,.
I had a nuclear stress test 6 months ago and go a clean bill of health.
I had an echo 2-D and it showed a slight valve leak on the left side.
I was told last night I can't be treated for what can't be diagnosed so the sent me home.
I take 25-mg lopressor each day
I been on it for 22 years for rapid heart rate due to panic attacks
Anyone here have these stabbing pains?

I have a stabbing pain at the onset of a palpitation.  It is not PACs or PVCs, I have them too.  But I have Left Bundle Block at a certain heart rate.  At the onset I feel a stabbing pain.  MY heart doc says I shouldn't even feel the LBBB let alone a pain, but after research I found there are rare cases people feel pain at onset.  Just a thought.  You need to record the palpitation to know exactly what it is.

I had many test.
What test shows that I may have Left Bundle Block,?
Mine come and go.
I think I may have had this 10 years ago for about 2 weeks then they just went away.
I had image screening with dye and was told I have no heart problems.
This was done in May 2008.
Thanks for responding
