more palps with activity

I have palps. Most people have read my posts..but have had palps for 15 years or more..on Atenolol ...50 mg 2 times a day. Xanax for anxiety. My question is....why do I notice palps more with activity? Right now..Im typing away....no palps. I get up, run downstairs to put laundry in the wash...come back up..sit down to type...bam!! Palpitations firing all over the place. Get up to go to the kitchen...palpitations. Sit on couch to watch tv....have a few palps. Get up to take the dog out..come back, sit down..palps.....you get the idea.....anyone else have this? Of course, I also have them sitting perfectly still at work --Im sedentary at work at my desk and computer all day....today was a particularily bad day..the afternoon...they just start up out of nowhere...but...anybody have any comments on this?

You have lived with palps for 56 years!  Wow, does your heart race and if so how fast and how often does it happen.  Thanks. I have racing episodes with 200 plus BPM.

Read my comment to Sunshine43 on the items that help me. This happened to me also on some days. Just don't worry about them because if you do they only come on stronger. Try to stay calm. I have lived with them for 56 yrs already. Klanac
