when i asleep my body shake with my heartbeat. i feel weaknes in my left hand. some time i forget soem knon name.

Your symptoms send up red flags. Especially the weakness in your left hand. If you are able to see a doctor, I would. Especially a Cardiologist. It would be good to address this problem as soon as possible to make sure it is not dangerous to your long term health.

How do you know your body is shaking when you are asleep?  Someone tell you that?

There are many things that could be causing the problems/symptoms.  You need to talk with a doctor I believe.
