Everyone seems to feel something a little different with their pvc's. I've never felt "pinching" but I do get occasional pain with a very hard beat.
Sorry about the blank post, I hit the wrong button...again.
The pinching could be extra intense voltage pulses. I get the crazy things sometimes and it seems to feel like a pinch or needle sticking. I put together a Differential Amp and flipped on the oscilloscope. The pinch or stick feelings seemed to correspond to a larger voltage pulse to the heart than the regular beats receive. I seem to get the over voltage problem when I lean to the left, lay on my left side, or lay on my stomach.
I woke up about 2 months ago with this feeling of pressure in my chest. About two weeks ago while at the primary doctor to renew my Rx. Meds. I mentioned to him about the pressure and sharp sticks in side. Next thing I knew, I was laying in a bed in the emergency room. I had already looked at the heart patterns with my primitive Differential set up, so I knew after some research on the Internet as to what was going on.
My biologicals are in order and nothing seems out of place. Blood work is good. No disease or other heart problems. No reason for this to come about.
I do not believe that I just have to live with it.
Looks like a very unstable form of bigeminy. lapsing into trigeminy, random beats and holds, then falling back into a pattern of every other beat missing or getting a strange long and high pulse with a semi beat attempt at the falling edge of the voltage wave.
I mention this only as to let you know that the pinching I get is related to larger or higher voltages sent to the heart. Yours may not be the same thing. But it is worth considering.
