Hi, thanks very much for the reply. I think you have made a few really good points such as about me not getting enough exercise as well as the possibility of low sugar levels in the body. I dont have two glasses of milk one after the other, but instead one for breakfast and the other in the evening. If anyday I skip either one of these intakes I feel tired and dizzy in the head. The dizziness really is a pulsing sensation in the head and if I leave it for too long, it turns into a headache just like with sinus. But I agree that the first thing I should do is to get onto an exercise regime.
To be honest with you and reading what you have written on here, I think your problem is that you have too much time on your hands and therefore, you are thinking about your body too much. You need to start focusing on other things in your life. There is the saying (in reference to the muscles of the body) : "A body in motion tends to stay in motion, a body at rest tends to stay at rest" and : "Use it or lose it". If you are not eating much junk food and you are still overweight, you are not getting anywheres near enough exercise. What happens then is that your muscles start to atrophy (wasting away) and you have no energy. See a doctor and get a good physical and have him help you to get onto a good diet and exercise plan. Once you start exercising, you would be surprised how much more energy you will have! The proof is in the pudding: you said yourself that after playing sports, you saw an improvement in your fatigue, keep it up. As far as the dizziness goes....are you dizzy (where the world is spinning, or you are spinning) or are you lightheaded? There is a difference and the causes are different. You should get your blood sugar levels checked with a 5 hour Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT) to see what your sugar response is. The fact that milk makes you feel better (milk is what a person is told to drink if their blood sugar levels are too low=Hypoglycemia), that could be your problem. The only thing that does not make any sense is that one glass would easily and, rather quickly, take care of that issue, so saying you have to drink more than one glass would not make any sense. See your PC for a complete work-up.
