i recently was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia and i also found out i have a minor right buddle branch block since i was born. i've been a marijuana and cigarette smoker for about 5 years and i smoked on a daily basis about half a gram of marijuana and half a pack of cigarettes a day. this is probably what triggered this tachycardia. i havent smoked marijuana for about a week, and a even week ago i basically lit up a joint and my heart started racing after a few minutes so i couldnt continue even if i wanted to because it made me feel negative. as for cigarretes ever since i found out about this problem i havent stopped smoking totally but i dont smoke more than 2-3 cigarettes a day. i'm only 20 years old and i'm worried if this could be something serious
i have these weird symptoms for a few weeks now and until i get to see a doctor again, i was hoping someone over here could help me. besides ocassional anxiety i get this weird feeling on the left part of my body, first of all sometimes my heart feels like its beating hard, not fast, but hard, like i could feel it pulsating when i put my hand on my chest harder then when i feel normal, and i dont necessarily make any effort. the pulse seems to stay normal so that doesnt seem to be the problem. i also feel some kind of pressure, i dont know if i should call it pressure more like activity around the left part of my chest when that happens, it's hard to explain the feeling. when i feel those symptoms i also feel on the left of my backside (behind the heart lets say) that something is holding me, clutching me, it's weird. i hope someone understands what im saying and could clarify this for me.
thanks alot for reading
