Hepatitis B Treatment

I m 26 year old. Dec 2014 i have donate blood from where i got call of having HBsAG reactive.
I have done following tests with consultation of Gastroenterologist:

21jan2015 Liver Biopsy  Grade I inflammation, mild Portal Fibrosis (stage I)

I have consulted three gastroenterologist. One has suggested to start interferon injection. second asked me to start tablet. rest one told me not to start treatment as my sgpt/sgot are normal and wait for other 3 months.
I have started Entecavir 0.5mg on 29jan2015. After 3 months reports are as below:

I am taking Enticavir 0.5mg daily. my doctor has told me to continue with entecavir 0.5mg.
Do I have to continue entecavir after HBeAG becomes non reactive?
Please suggest me how to continue my treatment to make HBsAG non reactive.
What tests to be done to track my treatment ?

good day, pareho lang din po tayong may hbv.. but ang kaibahan lang po ay acute yung sa iyo.. mas madaling ganutin.. oo tama ang gastro mo. kailngan muna kasing ganutin ang hbeag sunod ang hbsag.

   Hello! I'm not a medical professional, just a Hepatitis infectee. Mine's HepC, genotype3...the type the drug companies & researchers are still working on. Very glad you found a gastroenterologist to begin treatment now. I wish the Dr. I had 15 years ago, after a liver biopsy, had done so for me. Now, I have some cirrhosis, we found, when I relapsed after 6 months of Sovaldi/Ribivirin therapy.
   I'm not familiar with ALL the information on your lab report, but what I do understand looks improved & encouraging. God bless!
