Is employment still possible kahit may Hepa B?

am just a fresh graduate of Accountancy and started applying this month of May. Na-hire agad ako sa isang company but before mag-start, syempre medical muna. Deretso sa company yung result from the clinic. Then tinawagan ako nung nagrecruit sakin ang sabi may findings sa medical ko and ayun nakita siguro nila na reactive HBsAg ko so ang sabi nalang nila di ko na makukuha yung position since kailangan ko pa magpaclearance eh kailangan na kailangan na nila ng tao dun sa position na inapplyan ko. But honestly I think dahil nalaman nila na may hepa ko kaya di na nila ko nahintay for clearance. Pero nagpatingin parin ako sa ibang hospital and nakuha ko hepa profile ko the result was: (In order to: TEST, Cut-Off Value, Patient count, Remark respectively) [HBsAg with Titer, 1.0, 2,824, reactive] [Anti HBs, 10.0, 2.0, non reactive] [HbeAg, 1.0, 0.173, non reactive] [Anti Hbe (reverse), 1.0, 0.006, reactive] [Anti Hbc IgM, 1.0, 0.063, nonreactive] [Anti Hbc IgM (reverse), 0.739, 0.336, reactive]

Binigyan nako ng clearnce ni doc na fit to work but what I'm scared about the most is baka pag nagpamedical ulit and makita nanaman na reactive Hepa ko, ireject nanaman ako. Uso kasi discrimination ng may hepa dito sa Pinas. I'm asking for help baka may alam kayong company na hindi nagpapatest ng hepa. Please help guys I don;'t want na mapunta sa wala pinagaralan ko huhu T.T

Ako ganyan din but thankfully nahire naman ako :) di naman naging issue ung sakit ko masyado though tumagal talaga un process kasi need pa ng clearance and fit to work, magastos pa. Hay. GRabe pero so far ok pa naman iniiwasan ko lng un Annual Physical Exam mauungkat na naman kc.
