Hapatites B

I have ''hapatites B'' (2yeas) & HVC & Other - Nagative . DNA - Nill (Banagladeshi) Report. SGPT-279. But Bangladesi doctor Can't find cause.  I can't faith them.

I want to go kolkata in India for my treatment.

Where place is best ?

And how I will do ?
