Are we expecting a cure in our lifetime?

Im currently in my early 30's, and with a high HBV DNA count of 4x,xxx  and fluctuating ALT i may die soon, maybe 15 years, 20 years tops. I am not a rich person so if I to spend on some treatment it should be the CURE

Now, realistically speaking, are we looking forward to a CURE to HBV in our lifetime? Or in the next 10-20 years?

see http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-B/Entry-inhibitors-show-promise-as-drugs/show/1570784

in this moment this are the best future treatment that we know, it is possible that also some other treatment to develop in parallel and the company keep it secret until they release on the market.
HBV treatment made some evolution in last years so I expect that this evolution to continue and some cure to ocure.

Maybe we, the patients, could speed this up, but this is also discuses in http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-B/Entry-inhibitors-show-promise-as-drugs/show/1570784 and is better to keep the discussion in one place only.
