Transmission of Hep A virus is through oral- fecal, means it can be transmitted through contaminated food and drinks.
Hep B virus- can be transmitted by blood borne, it concentrated in your blood but has less percentage of virus present in seminal and vaginal fluid (transmitted through sexual contact and needle sticks). This virus can survive outside the body for 7 days..for example it can survive in already dried blood smeared on the surface for up to as I said 7 days.
Hep C virus- this is also blood borne transmission, same as Hep B virus
The chance is very very very small.
