I was coming back from China to India , in airport bus there was lot of people, driver pushed the break to stop bus, I was holding Handel, someone try to hold same Handel suddenly, and gave me scratch on my thumb with his nails even in second, after a moment I came out from bus and saw is there any blood, at first sight I can't see any blood , next moment I saw blood was coming out from that scratch just one drop, I got worried little , and I pushed my thumb by force and let few drops more come out my body , there was no water so I can't wash my hand, after few drop flown from my body I left and blood get dry after a min,
need your professional suggestion,
Is I'm at risk of HIV or Hep C?
today is 30th day , at 3rd week i get 4-5 red pimple on my chest and healed with in 3-5 days without any cream, and at 21 day got white bumps so small like balanitia and doctor recommend some medicine, and still there i am apply cream, and my tongue is getting white and its looking worse, sides are red center is white, no flu, no fever, what you think is this can be HIV ARS??

thanks for reply , are you expert about HEP c? Yes i asked doctor, he said no risk, but he was skin expert not HEP ,No i dont know he have or not,,,,,i dont know even  who gave me scratch, i just know some one gave me scratch, at first sight i saw is there any bood from him, but i didnt saw then i saw my blood was coming out ,,,
