Cured from Hep B, but symptoms still present

Hi,

I was diagnosed with hep B in September last year (2009), and in February 2010 my blood results showed there was no more infection. That I have effectively defeated the disease.

However, Now two months later, I've started having worse symptoms than I had during my active infection period.

I have massive fatigue.
Muscular pain.
Constant right lower quadrant pain (beneath the ribs and to the hip)
Dark urine (some 50% of the time)
Soft stool
and a very heavy outbursts of an itchy skin rash on my lower legs (and I mean.. really bad ***)

I've noticed it becomes worse if I don't sleep (sometimes my work requires it)

I have no jaundice (and I had none, even during the infection phase)

I must say, that I'm using no alcohol for the past 7 months, I also watch my diet as much as possible.

I do have masive craving for sugar (but then again I always liked sweets) I'm some 10kg overweight, so I'm not really fat.

Considering that the virus is gone from my system and I'm no more infected, I am rather worried about what's going on.

Any thoughts, comments or ideas are welcome.

I'm assuming that Jagison cleared the virus naturally.  He was most likely able to develop the surface antibodies for immunity.

I'm sure it isn't anything to worry about.  I have heard that even though you have the antibodies and defeated the antigen, it may take months for your body to fully recover.

However, with that said, you shouldn't be getting worse symptoms than before.

On a side note, some of your symptoms could related to stress and anxiety too.  The fact you know that you were infected before could be playing with your head.

Like Cajim said, you should definitely try to rest more and avoid stress.  I know that's hard to do.  If it doesn't seem to get better than I would definitely go see the doctor.
