Does raw food good for us?

I just got an expensive juicer and started juicing last week. However, I am not sure if the raw veggie juicing is a healthy choice for our injured & damaged liver. I saw someone suggested to steam it instead of eating raw. Please kindly comment. Currently the list of veggies I used for juicing are:
Garlic
Onion
broccoli
Beetroot
cucumber
lemons
Apples
pears
grapes
celery
carrots
Ginger
Green leafs (all kinds, like cabbage, kale, Lettuce, etc)

Another related question. I know meat is not healthy for us. Fish seems OK, but in USA here most fishes are farm raised (including salmon), which means lots of GMO added - probably not good as well. Dairy products are not good for us. It leaves us only one choice - Eggs? Can we eat egg (chicken is also farm raised)?
I know beans are healthy, but again, in USA almost all beans are GMO. It is vary hard to find organic beans here, including Tofu.
If we stop eating all of them, where do we get our daily protein?

Many thanks in advance!

Too bad we don't have this choice here in US. Thank you anyway.

i only eat eggs from chicken in the free field and not fed cereals but only wild grass on the field (they eat themselves), luckily we have registration for all kind of products in italy from organic to commercial polluted

eggs are good as long as the animals are fed real good quality grass (not cereals) and grow free in the sun

Thank you very much, Stef.
How about my second question? You guys eat eggs? How do you get your daily protein (1 gram/per kg body weight)?
The juicing book (coming with my juicer machine) said - don't eat eggs if you have liver disease.

actually if you have a garden it makes sense to grow your own vegetables to have the best quality
