HBsAg test result interpretation

Hello to everyone,
By following the conversations on the forum just had HBsAg "quantity" test.
This is the result:

Assay Value: 2804.17 (>=1.0 S/CO-Positive)

Since everyone on the forum posts results in IU/ml, called the lab and was told their  results are in
"signal cut off value" and "no lab in Canada does quantitative measure in IU/ml".
This particular lab is only one where I live using Architect machine for  HBsAg "semi" quantitatively.
I am aware our reality is not in an enviable state of affairs, but still..
How to interpret above test results?

Age 67, male, on TDF 15 years, before TDF was on Lam and Adefovir for 8 years, full of mutations, Vit.D - 10,000/day (as suggested by Steff2011),  fast progressing osteoporosis, liver functions and DNA-good, eAg neg, considering reduced dose TDF for concerns of sides.
May we all be free of this virus , soon!

I do not think there is a way to compare your results to IU/ML . It think its a totally different test that you got. I think the one you need to get is the Quantitative test.
