HBv viral DNA after 2 months on entecavir

Today I got HBv viral DNA quantitative (PART, Dr. Laal's Patholab) as 333 IU/ml after 2 months 10 days on entecavir 0.50mg.
Before the treatment the reading was 6250 iu /ml
HBsAg quantitative was 1666.10 IU /ml
Looks like entecavir is working?
Will do HBsAg quantitative after another month.

Just switch to TNF.I have been on TNF for 5yrs.

The entecavir was effective after 3 months im less than 20iuml na. Mahal ang gamot but surely:)

After 3 months of initial treatment entecavir is supposed to reduce someone's viral load by 2-2.8 logs, meaning 100 times less than it was at the baseline or even more.
If it doesn't bring you to undetectable levels by month 5-6 you should probably be switching to tenofovir.
