Your doctor will not be able to predict whether you are part of the 75% or the 25%. Only your onging lab tests can tell.
For you, come here often, educate yourself, try to help others, and you will feel better.
Best.
saw your post regarding eAg from a couple of months ago. Now I can ask you or anyone a more specific question. What do I ask my doctor and what response should I get from him on my next visit (in a couple of weeks) regarding whether I fall on the 75% or 25% mark. Okay now I am thinking a bit. Maybe enzymes and vload are indicative of it. Second question would be: How often do you have to see your doctor if I am lucky enough to be on the 75%? Thanks so much. I just found out about this website tonight. I've been living with this virus for a couple of years now. I have been rejected once because I was being responsible and disclosed my status. I am really happy I found this website. Please help. Thanks. I don't feel as down anymore.
thanks! I also want to know what's the significance of my eAg converting to negative towards the disease. thanks again.
For a few, the virus is cleared on its own, for 75%, they carry HBV but lead a normal life like people without HBV, for 25%, HBV continues to be active and needs to be managed by medications.
