anti-hbs >1000 post HBV 1 dose

I was given HBV initially when I was 18 years old but was not able to get the second dose. After 12 years I checked my HBsAg and it is negative. My anti HBS is only 3. So I restarted the vaccination series and received my first HBV dose. After 4 weeks, I checked my anti HBS, and surprisingly it is >1000. Do I still need to get the second dose of HBV? Thank you for your help!

If I were you, I would take the complete series of hepB vaccines just to be very sure. But remember even if you've protective levels of anti-Hbs, the vaccine is ca. 95% effective against infection/according to the WHO. I'm not scaring you, but just it would be much safer in addition to the vaccine to stay away from any potential infection risks.
